This Specialized 2021+ Roval Low Flange Mountain Front Hub 19mm End Cap Set can be used to either replace a damaged or missing end cap or be used to adapt select Roval mountain bike front wheels to accept a 15x110mm through axle for use on most suspension forks on the market (except Rock Shox forks designed to use oversized Torque Cap end caps).
